Your supplier profile will be visible to any Jiga customer and will include the information you have provided in the “My Account” settings. This includes your manufacturing capabilities, “About” section, country, profile picture, and portfolio images.
In addition, Jiga will display performance statistics we have collected over time:
- Reviews and Ratings
- Customer ratings and reviews about their experiences with you.
- On-Time Rate
- The percentage of your deliveries made on time. For example, if you were on time 8 times out of 10, your on-time rate would be 80%.
- Time to Quote
- How long it takes you to provide a price quote to the customer.
- Responsiveness
- How long it takes you to respond (either by sending a message or providing a quote).
- Acceptance Rate
- The percentage of orders shipped by you that were accepted by the customer.
These metrics have a significant impact on customers’ decisions about whether to choose you as their manufacturing partner. We highly recommend maintaining good on-time delivery rates and responsiveness to win more opportunities.

How can I change the stats?
You can’t manually change the stats. They are calculated automatically by our platform. To improve your stats:
- Deliver orders on time.
- Provide faster quotes.
- Respond quickly to new RFQs.
- Carefully inspect every part that leaves your facility for quality issues.
- Ask DFM questions and share photos or videos with customers if you have quality concerns.
