Before shipping the parts, please review this guideline to make sure you meet the Jiga packaging standard.
Internal Packaging
- Each part must be properly packaged according to its size, capacity, and sensitivity.
- Sensitive items (e.g., those susceptible to moisture, dust, etc.) should be packed according to their sensitivity level, using separations between parts, plastic bags, antistatic packaging, etc.
- Each item must be identified with a PN (Part Number) label.
- When using bubble wrap, ensure the smooth side faces the part, with the bubbles outward to avoid leaving marks on the parts.
- Apply grease to all machined, uncoated areas.
External Packaging
- Each package must be identified with a Jiga delivery note that includes the PN, PO (Purchase Order), and the number of boxes.
- Goods must be packed in complete and standard cardboard or wooden packaging.
- Package dimensions must be appropriate for the contents, ensuring minimal free space and limited part movement inside the box.
- Sea Shipments: Include silica gel bags in each package.
- If palletized, use standard EUR pallets only, ensuring heavy items are placed at the bottom of the pallet and lighter items on top.
